Citizens & Northern Bank welcomes attorney John R. Zurich as a new trust officer and regional financial services manager.

Scott, Executive Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at C&N Trust and Financial Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens & Northern Bank.“In his role as trust officer, John will administer trust accounts, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and develop and maintain relationships with referral sources as well as potential and current clients.”

Prior to joining C&N Bank, John worked for 19 years as a private practice attorney in the Williamsport and State College areas, and represented clients in estate planning/administration, gas, oil and mineral law, and in business and real estate transactions.Zurich holds a law degree from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE, and a masters degree in business administration from the Widener University School of Management in Chester, PA.
